Hendrik (Henk) Hart, Ph.D. (Free University), A.B. (Calvin College), joined the Institute of Christian Studies (ICS) at Toronto, Ontario in1967, and is professor of systematic philosophy at ICS. Hart is also the Academic Dean and Director of Doctoral Studies at ICS.
Before coming to ICS, Henk served as the Head of the Philosophical Institute at the Free University in the Netherlands. He is the author of Understanding Our World: An Integral Ontology; Communal Certainty and Authorized Truth: An Examination of John Dewey's Philosophy of Verification; The Challenge of Our Age; and Setting Our Sights by the Morning Star. Henk has a long list of articles, contributions to books, popular academic publications and papers. He is currently at work on a new book about change.
