3. UNDERSTANDING DEATH TO LIVE FULLY 

Fear of death is the core problem of humanity. It is not the death of the body we dread but the complete cessation of our identity. Fear of death is primarily because of not understanding it. By understanding death, we accept it and start to live fully.

In these workshops, through talks, question-answer sessions, somatic poses, breathing, and meditation, you will learn how to become free from the fear of death and help others die peacefully. 

 

4. HOW TO MAKE OLD AGE THE TIME FOR ADVENTURE AND FULFILMENT? 

Aging is Sageing, not Sagging. It is time to hang our old, worn-out boots and don new ones to walk our path. 

In these workshops, we will learn how the brain becomes more holistic and wiser with aging and how to use this time for our well-being, creativity, and fulfillment and stay physically and mentally sharp.

However, the brain is neuroplastic and flexible, and trauma can be healed if we understand our mind and body and take control through various tools.

SCIENCE OF HEALTH, HEALING, AND HAPPINESS

Complete health is the experience of well-being, expressing our creative potential, and living a fulfilled life in harmony with our environment. It is not merely the absence of physical and mental health obstacles.

Many think biomedicine is enough to achieve complete health, not realizing that the contemporary health scenario has radically changed. We are living longer, and many health problems are due to toxic environments and unhealthy lifestyles. Conditions such as emotional and mental illness, addictions, obesity, high blood pressure, heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, cancers, and autoimmune disorders cannot be treated with biomedicine alone because our emotional and behavioral patterns contribute to these conditions.

Through the application of Mind-Body Medicine, people struggling with these conditions can learn to manage their symptoms better and improve their quality of life. Dreams are important in healing, health, creativity, and spirituality. They are part of our subconscious and protect the brain in many ways, including reducing information overload, removing the toxic energy of trauma through nightmares, informing us about repressed emotions and desires, helping us learn, and accessing our creativity. 

In these online workshops, you will learn about the science, psychology, and spirituality of dreams. You will practice remembering and interpreting dreams for better health, healing, creativity, and spiritual growth.
