A God Preoblem

From the New York Times:

A God Problem

Perfect. All-powerful. All-knowing. The idea of the deity most Westerners accept is actually not coherent.

All concepts about the mystery that defies conceptualization are not only incoherent but also divisive. They exclude those who disagree and include those who agree. Total mystery is where all-inclusive wisdom resides.

In my humble opinion, certainty of concepts is a denial of divine mystery and the denial of mystery excludes all-inclusive wisdom. Concepts make sense only in the back drop of divine mystery.
