Details of the Qigong workshop
At last year's conference, we talked about the theme of "finding your merit". This time, I would like to lead everyone in experiencing the relaxation using Qigong. We will make the Grand Circulation by first making a ball of energy using the qi (life energy) coming out of our fingers. The ball of energy can be coloured freely, and it can even help relieve pain on your body. In the space that we exist, we can make a tent of energy, called Grand Circulation or Da Zhou Tian, anywhere. This tent acts as a barrier, and inside this tent no one can hurt your heart. You would be able to demonstrate all the skills that you possess and improve your performance as you wish. This workshop will teach you how to make this safe space that you can trust.
