Everybody, young and old, is stressed. We may not know it, just like we may have elevated blood pressure without knowing about it. If allowed to become chronic, stress can become toxic and lead to physical disease. It can also cause many mental and behavioral disorders.
Nature has built into us a simple physiological practice which done regularly can keep stress low. It can’t remove the causes of stress but it certainly prevents it from harming our body and mind.

Let’s learn this simple practice and share it with our children and grandchildren as a strategy to deal with stresses and strains of life and keep them safe from their ravages.
